Hi, I'm Dushyant — Senior Leader with 15 years of experience in Product Development & Strategy. I've developed a passion for solving customer needs & building great products, while embracing AI. I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative companies including Atlassian, Amazon, and McKinsey.
Currently based in Melbourne (working for Atlassian), I've worked across Asia, Americas, Europe, and the Middle East — experience that gave me a deep understanding of work cultures and ways of working across countries.

A little about me
I've worked in 9 different countries – a bit of a "product nomad". I spent 8 years in Melbourne before moving back to India. My favourite city is Barcelona – I did my MBA at IESE there. Outside of work, our 3-year-old keeps my wife and me busy; if I'm not thinking about AI agents, I'm usually assembling toy trains. After 8 years Down Under I've become fluent in Aussie slang — "How ya going, mate?" works.
